Himachal Pradesh government has started a program that will enable to get doctor appointment online. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today launches ANUBHAV Scheme, a step towards digital health for Kullu district from Mohal.ANUBHAV program envisages online appointment facilities to about 4.5 lakh residents of the district with the specialist doctors for their medical checkups. The registered patient would get confirmation of their appointment with the doctor through SMS on their mobiles. CMO Kullu Dr. Sushil Sharma gave a detailed presentation of ANUBHAV program. Dr. Sharma said that all the people would be registered with the ASHA Workers and Health Workers of the district and would facilitate the patient to ensure that they get better treatment without any inconvenience.
ANUBHAV YOJANA :
Through this scheme, people do not have to stand in the queue of hospitals. Instead, they can book an appointment (OPT) through online mode for OPD. Through this plan, a lot of time can be saved. In the first phase, the Himachal Pradesh Governmenthas started this facility only for Kullu district. But this scheme will be launched in other districts too soon.Under the experience plan ( ANUBHAV YOJANA ), all people living in Kullu district can get digital healthcare facilities and get appointment bookings with doctors from their home. Under the experience plan, people can get e-receipt (PURCHI) for visiting doctors through online registration through the Asha Workers or Health workers of the rural health department. Citizens can then meet special doctors at the appointed time in the appointment and can treat their illness. The state government will provide easy and timely convenience for proper treatment to the people. This scheme will also ensure good health of the citizens. All citizens, who have booked online appointments with the doctors under the Experience Plan, will also get an SMS. This SMS will be sent to confirm the appointment (date and time) details. Under the scheme, the state government will benefit about 4.5 lakh people in Kullu district.
