The state labour, employment and training department will come of e-age this Vishwakarma Puja.An online labour court management system will be launched to celebrate the divine architect of the universe and expedite redress of mortal grievances.The shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in would allow workers to file claims online under provisions of various labour acts. They will receive information on status of hearing of disputes pending in the courts of assistant labour commissioners and deputy labour commissioners.
Several courts are designated for filing cases under one act. A labourer or his/her representative can file a case at the nearest court, information about which will be available on the portal.A claim can be filed using any Android phone, laptop or desktop having Internet connection.This will help save time, money and energy, as no one will be required to run from pillar to post to file an application. Once the application is filed, information about the date of hearing will be sent online and daily orders will be uploaded on the website.
